FreshKey Move-In Services provides move-in cleaning and minor punch-list handyman touch-ups. Unless a license, bond, or insurance status is explicitly stated elsewhere on this site, no such claim is made or implied.

Home Inspection Referral

FreshKey Move-In Services does not perform home inspections. Any home inspection referral we provide is a referral to a separate, independently licensed home inspector. We are not responsible for the services performed by any referred inspector, and any agreement for inspection services is between you and the inspector directly.

Quote Requests

Submitting a request through this website is not a confirmed booking, contract, or commitment to service, and does not obligate FreshKey Move-In Services to accept any request. Service is confirmed directly with you after your request is reviewed.

No Online Payment

This website does not process payments. All payment terms are arranged directly between you and FreshKey Move-In Services outside of this site.
